Why should WISANKA?

WISANKA is a worldwide producer and exporter of Wooden Furniture, Rattan & Natural Fiber Furniture, Craft and Home Accessories from Indonesia since 1993. We produce furniture for indoor and outdoor whether for retail, wholesale, and also project.

Where is the location ?

Our head office is in Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. Our showroom and production facilities are located in Solo, Jepara (Central Java) and Cirebon (West Java)

What materials are available?

🔸 Indoor Wooden Furniture is made from kiln dried teak, mahogany, mindi and various Indonesian wood.
🔸 Outdoor Furniture is made from kiln dried teak, alloy casting, aluminum pipe, stainless steel, teak branch, batyline, rope and synthetic rattan.
🔸 Rattan & Natural Fiber Furniture is made from various type of rattan (peel, core, pole, wicker), kubu, water hyacinth, sea grass and abaca
🔸 Decorative Lighting is made from resin, iron, plastic and all Indonesian natural resources

Are custom designs accepted?

Yes, custom designs accepted

How long is the production lead time?

Lead time production is 8 – 10 weeks

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 x 20 feet Full Container Load (FCL)

What is the payment term?

🔸 Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 40% down payment and 70% balance payment against copy documents.
🔸 Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C)

What is the guarantee and warranty policy ?

We guarantee that all products delivered have passed the stages of quality control, starting from material selection, workmanship, assembling, finishing, packaging and loading.
Guarantee covers production defect because of workmanship (unglued, cracks and broken), but does not cover defects caused by ; transportation, misuse, improper assembly and intentional damage.

In case of quality problem, our warranty is as follow :

🔸 Settlement is based on the defected product found (minor, medium, major), please submit clear photos and videos of each item showing specific damage or defect taken from side, front and back angle within 21 days after ETA
🔸 Settlement can be replacement, deduction or compensation in the next order.
